Re: Points Carryover Limit Proposal
Not opposed, if I am understanding correctly. Not interested in being forced to immediately spend points acquired through trading or gambling during the season though. Points acquired through trading or gambling in the regular season would be immune. Would just need to get to the carryover limit be...

Re: Points Carryover Limit Proposal
Not sure whether we're trying to emulate an NFL system because they use salary cap and we're doing points, but under their structure you can carry over 100% from one season to the next, so if 48 is allocated, then a max of 48 can be carried over to the next year. I don't see a problem with this and ...

Re: PNFL Injury Idea
So potential benefits of reducing EN? 1) more realistic injuries 2) more realistic penalties 3) more need for lower players to be used 4) more broken plays These are all areas of current PNFL deficiencies when it comes to NFL comparisons. Seems like they could potentially be improved with just this ...

Re: Next PNFL Draft
I agree with the others that 128 is too small - many teams wouldn't even have a choice on what position to draft. I brought up 220, but looking at all the undrafted players from 2045, even that is too high. I personally like 194. That leaves 4.5 players/pos at the end of the draft - a little more b...

Re: Tip my Cap to the Jaguars
There was big motivation for Jax. The unwritten rule is that the 1st coach to lose to the new guy has to buy beer for everyone else.
Matt doesn't have that kind of money - because some of us are pretty heavy drinkers.

Re: The Gazette
Not sure if it is the font or typos but it is actually hard to read. Philadelphia is spell philadelphu with a dot between the h and the u. Lines have the 42ers and the Bangles in them. It looks nice but I fire the editor. This is caused by stupid AI generation - it messes up spelling/syntax this of...

Re: Trade Protection Protocol
Are you trolling? Nothing ever gets a unanimous vote of every single coach in this league. Leaving the oversight to Rich & Charlie to protect new coaches seems quite sufficient. As a new coach, Rich offered me valuable insight on certain trades because I had no clue, as I'm sure he's done for ma...
