Re: Next PNFL Draft
Steve-Buffalo Bills wrote:If both of these are true, why shrink the pool?
Because every draft, ~150 players that aren't good enough to make any team in the league, and never will be good enough to make any team in the league, end up sitting in the free agent pool for 5 seasons.

Re: Next PNFL Draft
There is no reason to shrink the pool. It only creates problems and solves nothing. There is plenty of room to shrink the pool without causing problems. Though I think dropping to 175 is going from one extreme to another. Shrinking saves Charlie from having to make a bunch of players nobody wants a...

Bad wording. I didn't mean it to be condescending.

Re: PNFL Injury Idea
This is completely bonkers to me. Not at all worth the work to manage and for very little difference, especially when all of our backups are so closely ranked to the starters. Want more injuries? Just require larger spread of sub IN/OUT percentages. That should make stats more realistic too. Want m...

Re: PNFL Injury Idea
Wouldn't it be easier just to require a different sub % than to change everyone's EN? Plus, starters would be left in the game longer and would be the ones more likely to be injured. By lowering everyone's EN, backups play just as much as starters so injuries would be far more spread out.

Re: Points Carryover Limit Proposal
Good rule. Prevents hoarding to buy a good team, plus still provides plenty of flexibility. It's still not fair to those that made plans. Any change in points should be done a few years in the future to be fair to those that used the current rules how they have planned. Since we can extend contracts...

Re: Next PNFL Draft
I agree with the others that 128 is too small - many teams wouldn't even have a choice on what position to draft. I brought up 220, but looking at all the undrafted players from 2045, even that is too high. I personally like 194. That leaves 4.5 players/pos at the end of the draft - a little more bu...

FBPro98 Timeout copy bug
To get timeouts to copy, the theory is you have to change the weight for a selected play category using the Up/Down arrows before pressing the Copy button. Steps: 1. Press Down arrow to change the weight for a a Selected Play 2. Press Up arrow for the the same Selected Play (this assumes you don't r...
