I’m a big NO on eliminating transfer rolls and letting the game control aging. I agree with Rich that transfer rolls actually force retire many players who might otherwise survive another season because of the dice rolls. I’m against game controlled aging because that puts the work back on the coach...

I think this idea has merit but no way the league allows any drastic changes like this unfortunately. I will try to test it out on my own though. Curious to see what happens.
