You assume everyone will do normal calling. There will be folks who set it up to call the minimum plays and do the extreme. Just the way it is. This is part of why the PNFL has been better in my opinion.

Maybe take a different view. The owner gives you an ultimatum to make changes for next season. Then look at the aspects of what you are doing and build a plan. Start to implement it this season. Use this season to develop your base PPP and identity and have a plan for the roster in the offseason. 1....

I'd say the offensive plan fit what he is good at and the Bills 3rd down defense was an important part. I would say the coach did a pretty good job this week putting him in the right position.

I love managing open teams. Lots of fun managing the rosters and periodic PPP updates. It's better than having my own team.
