It was discussed in the past in trying to incorporate a bye week into our schedule inside the game.
But, it is impossible for 18 team leagues inside fbpro.
What do coaches think of the idea of a league wide bye week after week 8 each season?
I am fully aware that coaches experience burnout.
I myself became so burned out, that I can never coach again.
But, would this help coaches to take a break at mid-season, get fresh and begin again.
Would it hurt your experience if we did this?
Probably for the veteran coaches you have figured out how to deal with burnout.
I would like feedback.

Re: Bye Week
I would lean no but it’s not a strong opinion. I don’t like interrupting momentum once I’m in season mode. However if everyone else wants to do it I won’t complain.

Yikes, 3 byes
It doesn't have to be after week 8
But if a break helps keep people fresh, we should do it.
