Rule Change Proposal

I have a minor rule change proposal.

I proposal we change the 33% max 2DL play rule for PM and PS to a max of 50%.

This would put all PS, PM, PL and PRD 2DL max percentages at 50%.

I like the simplicity of it. I've primarily used 3 DL or 4 DL plays for two seasons because I didn't want to keep track of this.

I like the rule as is currently.

League scoring bottomed a couple seasons ago and has started its climb back towards the historical norm, and I believe this rule and the three defense profile requirement have both played a part.

I know it's "cleaner" to have 50% across the board, but logically the PL and PRD typically feature 2 DL plays more frequently so I think it's fine.
