I disagree. Etienne was a 1st round pick and did what was expected of a 1st round HB. Herbert was a 2nd round pick so he exceeded expectations.

By Steve's logic, then none of the guys on the Jets should get any awards. They are on a great team and it is expected for them to have the best stats...
